Le Gallerie are open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
They are closed on Mondays and on 25 December. They are open on public holidays and also on 1 January from 2 to 6 p.m.

Le Gallerie can be reached in a few minutes from the centre of Trento and from the train station on foot, by bicycle or by public transport (buses No. 1, 2, 6).
There is a Ciclobox (covered parking for bikes) and bicycle racks in the neighbourhood.
By Car
Le Gallerie are easy to reach by car, taking the city’s bypass (exit 5); there are several large car parks nearby.
In the square in front of Le Gallerie, 2 parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities and 1 pink parking space reserved for pregnant women and parents travelling by car with children under 2 years of age are available on request.
Le Gallerie are not heated, so the temperature inside is around 16-18 degrees Celsius all year round, and are characterised by high humidity. Especially in the summer months, it is advisable to bring a sweater or jacket.
The two conference rooms in the Galleria Bianca are heated.
In the Galleria Bianca there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. Seats are provided near the entrance for consuming food and drinks, or you can enjoy the green area in the Piedicastello square.

For eating and drinking, there are seats near the entrance and a green area in the Piedicastello square.
In the Galleria Bianca you will find an info point, a bookshop, toilets for men and women, a bathroom for people with disabilities, equipped with a changing table and a breastfeeding corner, vending machines for drinks and snacks, and lockers for storing backpacks and bags. Seating is available along the route. At the ticket office, isolating earmuffs are available free of charge for both adults and children so that they can experience Le Gallerie without ambient noise.
The visit itinerary is barrier-free.
Pushchairs can access the museum. Alternatively, they can be left at the entrance during the time of the visit. Two pushchairs are available free of charge.
Three wheelchairs are available free of charge.
Guide dogs for the blind, with the appropriate harness, and assistance dogs, with the appropriate certification, are permitted.
There are tactile maps and information in Braille for orientation in space.
